Booking with Maria | Kinfolk Haven If you’re looking for care that’s thoughtful, intuitive, and rooted in real connection—you’re in the right place. My approach to treatment is always evolving. As I continue my studies in osteopathy, I’m naturally weaving those principles into my sessions—looking at the body as a whole and working in a way that supports deeper, longer-lasting change. No two treatments are the same. Each session is shaped around what your body needs that day, whether that’s focused therapeutic work, slower restorative care, or a combination of both. My goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to support how your body moves, adapts, and heals over time. I really value open communication during sessions. Your input matters—what you’re feeling, what’s been coming up in your body, and what your goals are. From there, we work collaboratively to create a treatment approach that truly aligns with you. Not Sure What to Book? Choosing the right session depends on what your body needs and how much space you’d like for treatment: Spots are intentionally limited each week to allow for unhurried, quality care—booking in advance is recommended. All the best, Maria
