Prenatal Yoga + Hands-On Care is back this fall ?

I offered these classes last fall and I’m so excited to bring them back again. This is one of my favourite ways to combine so many pieces of my work into one small, supportive space for expecting moms.

Each 90-minute class will include prenatal yoga, mobility + strength, breathwork and lots of hands-on massage therapy treatment.

We’ll also weave in anatomy + education throughout the series — talking about how your body changes during pregnancy, preparing for labour + birth, and different ways movement, strength, breath and hands-on care can support you.

And there will always be time for tea, questions + connecting with other moms in the community ☕️

Classes are led by Maria Payne — RMT, birth doula, yoga instructor + 3rd year osteopathy student.

Drop-in — $55 + HST
6-class series — $300 + HST
Commit to all 6 and save $30.

✨ Billable under massage therapy benefits as hands-on massage therapy treatment is provided during each class.

We’re keeping this one really small — only 5 moms per class — so there’s lots of time for individualized treatment, questions + support.
