Mom + Baby Yoga | Fall Series

Mom + Baby Yoga is continuing this fall at Kinfolk ?

These bi-weekly mornings are a chance to get out of the house, gently move your body, spend some intentional time with baby and connect with other moms who are in the thick of it too.

Classes are led by Maria Payne — RMT, doula, yoga instructor + 3rd year osteopathy student, with a focus on postpartum mobility + strength, reconnecting with your body, breathwork and movement with baby.

This is a relaxed, baby-friendly space — crawlers are absolutely welcome! Feedings, diaper changes, crying, naps, crawling around the room and needing to take a break are all part of it. There’s no expectation for your morning (or your baby!) to go perfectly.

We’ll finish with tea and some time to connect afterwards. ☕️
