Initial Visit | What to Expect

Your first session is 75 minutes, allowing time to understand your body, your concerns, and your goals—while still receiving a personalized treatment.

We’ll begin with a conversation about your health history and what’s been coming up for you. From there, I’ll guide a brief assessment to better understand how your body is moving and where support is needed.

Your treatment will be tailored to you, using a blend of therapeutic massage and osteopathic-based techniques, depending on what your body needs that day.

After your session, we’ll take a moment to check in and discuss any recommendations or next steps, if needed.

What to Bring
• Comfortable clothing (shorts, leggings, tank top or sports bra)
• Any relevant medical information—such as X-rays, imaging, or reports—that may help support your care
• A list of current medications (if applicable)
