This workshop is a guided experience designed to support you in letting go—physically, emotionally, and energetically—so you can move forward with clarity and intention. Through a blend of gentle yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll be supported in: • Connecting with where you’re holding tension in the body • Exploring what you’re ready to release • Softening your nervous system and emotional patterns • Creating space for new beginnings You’ll also be guided through a new moon release ritual, allowing you to consciously close a chapter and step into the next with intention.
