Yin & Pin is a deeply restorative experience that blends the slow, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture. This unique fusion is designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, restore energetic balance, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Throughout the class, you’ll be guided through gentle Yin postures held for extended periods to target the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. During relaxation, acupuncture needles are thoughtfully placed at specific points to enhance energy flow, deepen relaxation, and promote overall well-being.

What to Expect

Yin Yoga

## Labour & Delivery Workshop

Step into a nurturing and supportive journey for expecting parents at Kindred.

Prepare for the journey of birth with guidance, hands-on support, and community in our **Labour & Delivery Workshop**. This session is designed for expecting parents and their birth partners, offering practical tools, movement-based support, and space to build confidence for labour and delivery.

Rooted in prenatal yoga, hands-on bodywork, and doula-inspired care, this workshop draws on my experience as a massage therapist and osteopathy student to help parents connect deeply with their bodies, their babies, and each other. Together, we create a gentle and welcoming environment where questions are encouraged, fears can soften, and trust in your body’s wisdom for birth can grow.

In This Workshop, You Will:

* Learn about the stages of labour and what to expect physically and emotionally throughout the process
* Explore movement, positioning, and comfort techniques to support each stage of labour
* Practice breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness strategies to stay grounded and present
* Gain hands-on guidance for partners to provide effective and supportive care during labour

**Price includes two participants:** the expecting parent and one birth partner.

Labour & Delivery Workshop

A fun and supportive yoga workshop designed for kids ages 7–13 to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness.

This session offers a balance of gentle yoga, playful movement, and simple relaxation techniques to help kids build body awareness, improve focus, and develop tools to navigate big feelings in a way that feels natural and engaging.

We will also include a guided mindfulness activity, offering children a simple and approachable way to slow down, tune into their breath, and connect with a sense of calm.

Through movement and moments of stillness, children are invited to connect with their bodies, express themselves, and learn how to rest.

This is a space where kids can move, breathe, and just be—without pressure or expectation.

No previous yoga experience is needed. All children are welcome.

Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Workshop

Under the Gemini New Moon, we come together to reflect, connect, and share intentions in a supportive space.

This gathering is an invitation to slow down and step out of the busyness of daily life. Through gentle movement, guided breath, and quiet reflection, we create space to release what feels heavy and reconnect with what matters most.

Gemini energy invites curiosity, expression, and new ways of thinking—offering a moment to check in with your thoughts, your voice, and what you’d like to call in moving forward.

We’ll move through a slow, grounding practice, followed by guided journaling and intention setting. To close, we’ll share in a simple, creative art activity—allowing space for expression in a more intuitive way—alongside tea and quiet connection.

No experience is needed. This is a space to come as you are.

Open House

A slow, grounding restorative yoga practice designed to offer a deep mid-week nervous system reset.

This class focuses on gentle, fully supported postures held for longer durations, allowing the body to release tension without effort. Through stillness, breath, and intentional support, we invite the body into a state of rest and restoration.

The slow-paced nature of this practice works with the deeper layers of the body—particularly the fascia.

What is Fascia?
Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that weaves throughout the entire body, surrounding muscles, bones, organs, and nerves. It provides structure, support, and plays a vital role in movement, stability, and overall well-being.

Fascia is also deeply connected to the nervous system. It holds sensation, tension, and experience—and responds to how safe or stressed the body feels.

When we slow down and support the body in stillness, we’re not just stretching—we’re creating the conditions for the nervous system to soften. This allows the body to shift out of patterns of holding and into a place where release can happen more naturally.

By working in this way, we support mobility, flexibility, and the unwinding of deeper layers of tension, while honouring how interconnected the body truly is. What you feel in one area may be coming from another—and this practice gently creates space for those relationships to rebalance.

This practice is less about effort, and more about allowing.

Starting the last week of March, this weekly 60-minute class is designed to support new moms in rebuilding strength while bonding with their babies. Through gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, you'll find ways to balance motherhood with self-care. This class is a perfect opportunity to meet other moms, share experiences, and enjoy a peaceful moment with your little one.

Spring Mom & Baby Yoga

Tuesdays at Martinique Beach 

Join us for a soul-soothing Summer Beach Yoga Series under the open sky, alongside the sound of ocean waves and the salty breeze. This 4-week series is designed for all ages (8+), all levels, and all bodies – no experience needed!

Location: Martinique Beach – Meet at *Gate 4*

What to Expect:

Each session blends mindful movement and breathwork, designed around the collective needs of the group. We’ll ground into the energy of the ocean, flowing together in harmony with nature.

*Weather Note:

Dress for the weather – in case of rain, classes will be rescheduled for Thursday evenings.

Yoga mats and supportive props will be available for those who need them. Just bring yourself, your water bottle, and your open heart.
