In the midst of busy schedules and constant doing, it can be hard to find a moment to simply be.

Still Point is an invitation to slow down.

Join Kathleen and Sarah for an evening of acupuncture and sound healing designed to help your body settle, your breath soften, and your nervous system find a place of rest. As you relax comfortably, acupuncture supports the body’s natural healing while the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls create space to let go of tension and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, carrying stress, struggling with sleep, or simply craving stillness, this experience offers a gentle pause to restore both body and mind.

Please bring:
• A yoga mat or reclining chair
• Blanket and pillow for comfort
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing

Midweek Reset is a gentle, restorative yoga class designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space to slow down. Through supported postures, mindful breathing, meditation, and deep relaxation, you’ll be invited to rest, restore, and reconnect with your body.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, recovering from a busy week, or simply looking for a quiet moment to recharge, this class offers a welcoming space to unwind and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the days ahead.

No yoga experience is necessary. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

This gentle, baby-friendly class is designed to help you rebuild strength, improve mobility, ease the physical demands of motherhood, and regulate your nervous system through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation. Babies are welcome to feed, sleep, play, or simply be themselves throughout class—there's no expectation for perfection.

Each session ends with 30 minutes of tea, conversation, and connection, creating space for mothers to build friendships, share experiences, and support one another in the beautiful (and sometimes challenging) journey of parenthood.

Whether you're a first-time mom or adding another little one to your family, you'll find a space where you can move, breathe, and belong.
