Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Workshop
Description
A fun and supportive yoga workshop designed for kids ages 7–13 to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness. This session offers a balance of gentle yoga, playful movement, and simple relaxation techniques to help kids build body awareness, improve focus, and develop tools to navigate big feelings in a way that feels natural and engaging. We will also include a guided mindfulness activity, offering children a simple and approachable way to slow down, tune into their breath, and connect with a sense of calm. Through movement and moments of stillness, children are invited to connect with their bodies, express themselves, and learn how to rest. This is a space where kids can move, breathe, and just be—without pressure or expectation. No previous yoga experience is needed. All children are welcome.
