Midweek Reset is a gentle, restorative yoga class designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space to slow down. Through supported postures, mindful breathing, meditation, and deep relaxation, you’ll be invited to rest, restore, and reconnect with your body.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, recovering from a busy week, or simply looking for a quiet moment to recharge, this class offers a welcoming space to unwind and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the days ahead.

No yoga experience is necessary. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

MidWeek Reset Yoga - 8 Week Series

Prenatal Yoga + Hands-On Care is back this fall ?

I offered these classes last fall and I’m so excited to bring them back again. This is one of my favourite ways to combine so many pieces of my work into one small, supportive space for expecting moms.

Each 90-minute class will include prenatal yoga, mobility + strength, breathwork and lots of hands-on massage therapy treatment.

We’ll also weave in anatomy + education throughout the series — talking about how your body changes during pregnancy, preparing for labour + birth, and different ways movement, strength, breath and hands-on care can support you.

And there will always be time for tea, questions + connecting with other moms in the community ☕️

Classes are led by Maria Payne — RMT, birth doula, yoga instructor + 3rd year osteopathy student.

Prenatal Yoga + Hands-On Care

This is a really special offering for expecting moms who are looking for a little more than a typical prenatal yoga class. ?

Each class will include prenatal yoga, mobility + strength, breathwork and lots of hands-on massage therapy treatment.

We’re keeping the group to just 5 moms so there’s actually time for hands-on care throughout the class and space to work with what each body is needing that day.

There will also be lots of education + anatomy woven into the series. We’ll talk about how the body changes through pregnancy, preparing the body for labour + birth, and how movement, strength, breath and hands-on care can support you along the way.

And because pregnancy comes with a lot of questions, we’ll leave some time for tea, conversation and connection too. ☕️

Classes are led by Maria Payne — RMT, birth doula, yoga instructor + 3rd year osteopathy student, bringing together the different parts of her work that she loves most: hands-on treatment, movement, anatomy + birth support.

Prenatal Yoga and Hands-On Care - Drop In

Mom + Baby Yoga | Fall Series

Mom + Baby Yoga is continuing this fall at Kinfolk ?

These bi-weekly mornings are a chance to get out of the house, gently move your body, spend some intentional time with baby and connect with other moms who are in the thick of it too.

Classes are led by Maria Payne — RMT, doula, yoga instructor + 3rd year osteopathy student, with a focus on postpartum mobility + strength, reconnecting with your body, breathwork and movement with baby.

This is a relaxed, baby-friendly space — crawlers are absolutely welcome! Feedings, diaper changes, crying, naps, crawling around the room and needing to take a break are all part of it. There’s no expectation for your morning (or your baby!) to go perfectly.

We’ll finish with tea and some time to connect afterwards. ☕️

Mom and Baby Yoga - 6 Week Series

Initial Visit | What to Expect

Your first session is 75 minutes, allowing time to understand your body, your concerns, and your goals—while still receiving a personalized treatment.

We’ll begin with a conversation about your health history and what’s been coming up for you. From there, I’ll guide a brief assessment to better understand how your body is moving and where support is needed.

Your treatment will be tailored to you, using a blend of therapeutic massage and osteopathic-based techniques, depending on what your body needs that day.

After your session, we’ll take a moment to check in and discuss any recommendations or next steps, if needed.

What to Bring
• Comfortable clothing (shorts, leggings, tank top or sports bra)
• Any relevant medical information—such as X-rays, imaging, or reports—that may help support your care
• A list of current medications (if applicable)

Intial Visit - 75 Minute Therapeutic

A shorter, focused session designed to target specific areas of tension, pain, or restriction. Ideal for maintenance or when you need support for one primary concern.

Treatments are tailored to what your body needs that day, using a blend of therapeutic techniques and a whole-body approach to help restore movement and ease discomfort.

45 Minute Therapeutic

A focused, personalized treatment designed to address areas of tension, pain, or restriction while supporting overall balance in the body. Each session is tailored to what you need that day—whether that’s deeper, targeted work or a more restorative approach.

Drawing from both massage therapy and osteopathic-based principles, treatments are approached with a whole-body perspective to support lasting change, not just temporary relief.

60 Minute Therapeutic

A balanced, integrative session that allows time to move beyond just one area and look at how your body is functioning as a whole.

This treatment creates space to address your primary concerns while also working more broadly to support movement, release patterns of tension, and restore balance. It’s ideal if you’re needing more than a focused session, but not quite a full 90 minutes.

Each session is tailored to you, blending therapeutic massage with osteopathic-based techniques to support deeper, more lasting change.

75 Minute Therapeutic

A comprehensive, unhurried session designed to support deeper, more lasting change—addressing the body, mind, and nervous system as a whole.

This treatment allows time to work through multiple areas of concern while also creating space to slow down, reconnect, and reset. Through a blend of therapeutic massage and osteopathic-based techniques, we work to unwind patterns of tension, improve mobility, and support overall balance—physically and mentally.

Ideal for those seeking more in-depth care, full-body integration, or a session that supports both physical relief and a deeper sense of grounding.

90 Minute Therapeutic

A blended session combining hands-on therapeutic work with energy-based support to address both the physical body and subtle energetic system.

This treatment weaves together massage and osteopathic-based techniques with Reiki to help release tension, restore flow, and support a deeper sense of balance—physically, mentally, and energetically.

Ideal for those looking to slow down, reset, and reconnect, this session offers a more holistic approach to care, meeting you where you are and supporting integration on multiple levels.

60 Minute Massage and Reiki Combined

A supportive, nurturing treatment designed specifically for pregnancy—helping to ease tension, reduce discomfort, and create space for rest and connection.

Using safe, gentle positioning and tailored techniques, this session focuses on common areas of strain such as the low back, hips, and shoulders, while also supporting circulation and nervous system regulation.

Each treatment is adapted to your stage of pregnancy and how your body is feeling that day, offering both physical relief and a sense of calm

60 Minute Prenatal Massage

A gentle, supportive treatment designed specifically for children and youth.

These sessions focus on helping kids feel more at ease in their bodies—whether they’re experiencing tension, growing pains, sports-related strain, or simply needing support to relax and reset.

Treatments are always adapted to the child’s comfort level, using age-appropriate techniques and a calm, safe approach. Sessions may include light therapeutic work, movement-based techniques, and time to help them settle into the space.

Parental input is welcomed, and communication is kept open to ensure each child feels comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout their session.

45 Minute Child 12 and Under

20 minute and greet to see if I would be good fit, and discuss the roles a doula plays during the birthing process

45 Minute Reiki Treatment

Full body healing. This specialized treatments is tailored to your individuals bodies needs. 

With the baseline of the treatment being massage therapy, focusing on the nervous system for deep rest and decompress. Adding another layer of techniques from the roots of myofascial, thai massage, maya abdominal massage, aromatherapy, sound healing and reiki. 

This focused treatment is tailored to your bodies overall wellbeing. Expect energy shifts, and  possible release. Your breathe is the anchor to this personalized healing session, trust and communication is important via client to practicer.
